Departing from the Cancun Marina, cruising along the hotel zone coastline heading to a semi-sheltered Island in the area called Isla Mujeres. Isla Mujeres is an Island where you will be able to enjoy the tropical waters with a extraordinary yacht so you can swim or relax while taking some time off with your favorite drink in your hand.
Swim with the largest shark in the Ocean, the majestic Whale Shark. The tour is all inclusive, all you have to do is let us look after you. The tour start departing from the marina in Cancun at 8:00 AM heading towards Whale Shark natural habitat. Upon reaching the designated meeting point, we will change to a smaller yacht to swim with the whale shark, taking turns swimming in pairs. This thrilling activity will last for approximately 2 hours.
Once we have completed the snorkel activity, we will return to the famous Isla Mujeres Island, where you can indulge in snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing onboard with your favorite music at Playa Norte until sunset.
As part of the tour, we offer a delectable à la carte menu prepared by our onboard chef, accompanied by attentive service from our hostess and an unlimited premium bar. On our way back to the marina Cancun we will have the sunset with us. The entire activity will span a total of 10 hours.
Note: Please keep in mind that due to the ever-changing nature of wildlife encounters, actual whale shark sightings cannot be guaranteed. However, our experienced crew will make every effort to maximize your chances of an unforgettable experience.
We’ll head back to Cancun marina, where you can chill and enjoy the landscape. Your captain will take you safely and if you hire transportation with us, your transportation will be waiting for you at the pick up point.
The whale shark is one of the largest saltwater fish in the animal kingdom. They can be seen on coasts around the world, but during the months of July to October, they can be found on the shores of Cancun. Come with us and enjoy this event that is as exciting as it is rare.
Once you are close to these majestic creatures, you can swim with them, snorkeling and accompanied by an experienced guide. At the end, there is a stopover in Isla Mujeres, where they will be received with food and drinks, as well as free time to walk around the island.
There is no guarantee of being able to see the whale shark, since they are wild and unpredictable animals and in general to be able to see them you have to be close to their feeding area.
Open Bar drinks are all included in our Luxury Yacht Rentals at NO additional cost. Our experiences include bar with high-class mixologist, fresh fruit, and cocktails. In case of not having availability of the mentioned drinks, one of a similar category will be offered.

– If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the experience, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
– If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to the experience, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee.
– If the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days prior to the experience, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– If the cancellation is made between 24 hours and 6 days prior to the experience, a 70% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the experience, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– No shows: if the client doesn’t arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the activity, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
The following conditions apply for cancellations by weather conditions:
– Cancellations due to weather are a decision made exclusively by Riviera Charter and will be communicated to the Client (the person who made the reservation) by email or phone before the start of the tour.
– If a tour is canceled due to port closure by marine authorities because of bad weather conditions and the Client and Riviera Charters cannot find a new date to reschedule the tour, Riviera Charters will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Client.
The only causes of cancellation of the trip by the company are:
– If there is a breakdown, or if the boat requires maintenance prior to the trip. Should any of these situations occur, the company will aim to change the date, or the vessel. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.
– If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.
• Dock Fee: The fee amounts to $15 USD per person departing from Cancun. Payment is required before boarding, directly at the marina.
• Tip: Gratuity is a special way to acknowledge exceptional crew service, making your trip even more memorable. We recommend 10% to 15%.
• Transportation: Private transportation from your hotel to our marina is not included. We recommend consulting with one of our agents in advance for round-trip cost information for your group.
