I had the pleasure of booking with Riviera Charters in Cancun, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. From the moment they picked me up at the airport to the moment I arrived at the yacht, everything was perfectly organized.

They had everything prepared to make us feel extra comfortable and spoiled. There was fresh fruit and drinks on board, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional.

Riviera Charters hosted my bachelorette party, and it was SO. MUCH. FUN!

They had the most amazing chef on board who made us sushi trays and all sorts of snacks, and a bartender who kept our cups full with delicious mango margaritas.

We couldn’t go out to open sea because of bad weather but the crew doubled their efforts for us to have fun. We connected our playlist to the yacht’s speaker and spent all day using the floaties and jumping off the side of the boat.

Highly recommend using Riviera Charters for exceptional service! You and your gals will be given queen treatment!

Our boat ride was the highlight of the whole trip!! We were treated so well and did not have to worry about anything when we got there. Fun drinks, delicious food and amazing views! Riviera Charters was amazing from start to finish. Myself and 6 other women were in Cancun for my bachelorette weekend and we had such a BLAST! Jessica was super sweet and easy to work with during the booking process. The yacht was beautiful and clean. And as for the charter employees, I can't say enough good things! Eric, Adriel, Luis, and our absolute fave Chef Jorge (at least I think his name is Jorge, we called him Chefy the whole time lol). 20/10!
