More than 7 days prior the experience– 20% cancellation fee will apply.
7 days prior the experience – 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Fewer than 72 hours prior to the flight time –100% of the deposit fee and the remainder of the unpaid tour.
No shows: if the client doesn’t arrive at the airport on the scheduled day and time of the activity, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
The following conditions apply for cancellations by weather conditions:
– Cancellations due to weather are a decision made exclusively by Riviera Charters and will be communicated to the Client (the person who made the reservation) by email or phone before the start of the tour.
– If a tour is canceled due to port closure by airport authorities because of bad weather conditions and the Client and Riviera Charters cannot find a new date to reschedule the tour, Riviera Charters will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Client.
The only causes of cancellation of the trip by the company are:
– If there is a breakdown, or if the airplane requires maintenance prior to the trip. Should any of these situations occur, the company will aim to change the date, or the airplane. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.
– If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.
