Departing from Cancun we have designed our itineraries to delight your senses. The charter was made specially for you to enjoy Caribbean sunsets, tropical waters, and the comfort of a luxury getaway in the heart of the Peninsula of Yucatan. The charter will be placed above our luxury vessels, with a exquisite gourmet menu prepared by our talented onboard chef. This menu includes fresh local ingredients and a variety of delicious flavors.
Including a premium open bar with variety of drinks for everyone’s taste. The duration of this experience is 36 hours, embak yourself aboard with adventure and relaxation. The use of inflatables and paddleboards is available at your own pace, please let your crew know once you wish to use them. Starting your charter form Marina V&V in Cancun, heading towards to the gorgeous Contoy Island. This Caribbean paradise, preserved as a natural sanctuary, will be your destination for the entire day.
For sunset, we will head to our Private Island, a luxurious island retreat where you will spend the night onboard. Discover the authenticity of nature over our private island, a gem waiting to be explored.
The second day of your journey begins with sunrise over our exclusive Private Island. Wake up surrounded by the serenity of native fauna and unique landscape. Enjoying a peaceful morning before embarking our journey towards Isla Mujeres Island.
During the In the afternoon, we will anchor at Isla Mujeres docking area, where you will be able to immerse yourself at this local destination. Explore the beaches, dive into the water, or stroll through its charming streets.
The options are up to you. Please let your crew know your plan.
Once your time at the Isla Mujeres Islands is complete, we suggest chill back and enjoy the sunset
At 10:00 PM we will return calmly to the V&V Marina in Cancun, concluding your private charter full of exploration and delights at sea.
We’ll head back to Cancun marina, where you can chill and enjoy the landscape. Your captain will take you safely and if you hire transportation with us, your transportation will be waiting for you at the pick up point.
Open Bar drinks are all included in our Luxury Yacht Rentals at NO additional cost. Our experiences include bar with high-class mixologist, fresh fruit, and cocktails. In case of not having availability of the mentioned drinks, one of a similar category will be offered.

– If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the experience, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
– If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to the experience, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee.
– If the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days prior to the experience, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– If the cancellation is made between 24 hours and 6 days prior to the experience, a 70% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the experience, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– No shows: if the client doesn’t arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the activity, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
The following conditions apply for cancellations by weather conditions:
– Cancellations due to weather are a decision made exclusively by Riviera Charter and will be communicated to the Client (the person who made the reservation) by email or phone before the start of the tour.
– If a tour is canceled due to port closure by marine authorities because of bad weather conditions and the Client and Riviera Charters cannot find a new date to reschedule the tour, Riviera Charters will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Client.
The only causes of cancellation of the trip by the company are:
– If there is a breakdown, or if the boat requires maintenance prior to the trip. Should any of these situations occur, the company will aim to change the date, or the vessel. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.
– If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.
• Dock Fee: The fee amounts to $15 USD per person departing from Cancun. Payment is required before boarding, directly at the marina.
• Tip: Gratuity is a special way to acknowledge exceptional crew service, making your trip even more memorable. We recommend 10% to 15%.
• Transportation: Private transportation from your hotel to our marina is not included. We recommend consulting with one of our agents in advance for round-trip cost information for your group.
