Who will be my massage therapist?
A Professional massage therapist will come aboard upon request. Opting for a live-aboard therapist comes with many benefits such as ensuring the crew remains free of extra duties, having an experienced specialist trained in several techniques at your service for the entire day.
Where will my massage take place?
A deck or interior area such as the galley can easily be transformed into a temporary spa using a mobile massage bed.
Massages are best moved to the location where the yacht moves the least, which is the lower deck aft, in order to avoid seasickness.
Sitting upright on the sundeck and indulging in a foot massage works well too.
What service and treatment can I expect?
Our guests can expect the same treatment and professionalism as they would receive at a spa on land, with the ultimate aim to relax, rejuvenate and chase away all aches, pains and stresses remaining.
Popular therapies include deep-tissue and sports massages, anti-stress and anti-fatigue therapy and reflexology.

More than 30 days prior the experience– 20% cancellation fee will apply.
15 to 29 days prior the experience – 30% cancellation fee will apply.
8 to 14 days prior the experience – 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Fewer than 14 days prior the experience – non-refundable.
24 Hours prior the experience, a full charge will be made.
No shows: if the client doesn’t arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the activity, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
The following conditions apply for cancellations by weather conditions:
– Cancellations due to weather are a decision made exclusively by Riviera Charter and will be communicated to the Client (the person who made the reservation) by email or phone before the start of the tour.
– If a tour is canceled due to port closure by marine authorities because of bad weather conditions and the Client and Riviera Charters cannot find a new date to reschedule the tour, Riviera Charters will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Client.
The only causes of cancellation of the trip by the company are:
– If there is a breakdown, or if the boat requires maintenance prior to the trip. Should any of these situations occur, the company will aim to change the date, or the vessel. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.
– If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.
