The world famous 13th-century Mayan archaeological site is always better to enjoy from the Caribbean Sea. Come aboard and enjoy one of the awe-inspiring sights youâll see on this fantastic 8-hour tour.
Starting our journey cruising South down the Riviera Maya coastline. The cruise to the Tulum archeological site takes about two hours, youâll know when weâve reached the amazing site as youâll see the Castillo (castle), the tallest building in these ruins and the most famous, with a commanding view from cliffside.
The charter will continue cruising back North making our way to La Bocana a semi-sheltered reef area with chest-deep water. Where you will have more time to enjoy swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing over the yacht, this is your private tour please ask our crew for drinks or food along the way.
Ask your sales representative to have troll fishing (recreational fishing). This is an activity that anyone on board can participate in. You can reel in your own catch! Whatever is caught that day can be prepared for you right there on board and eaten fresh if you so choose.

After a warm welcome at the Puerto Aventuras marina, we’ll set sail south along the Riviera Maya coastline, bound for the iconic Castillo (castle) of Tulum.
Snorkeling and Swimming in Paradise
As we arrive at Tulum, you’ll have the chance to swim and snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, taking in the breathtaking views of the ruins from sea level. Our onboard bartender will serve you delicious snacks, freshly made ceviche, and ice-cold drinks from the open bar. You’ll also have the opportunity to snorkel the second-largest barrier reef in the world, the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, where you can swim alongside sea turtles, stingrays, and tropical fish.
La Bocana: Another Snorkeling Gem
After exploring Tulum, we’ll head to La Bocana, a semi-sheltered reef area with turquoise waters perfect for snorkeling. Enjoy our delicious cheeseburgers, freshly grilled on board, and ask our crew for drinks or food at any time.

If you’re an avid angler, you’ll love our troll fishing activity, where anyone on board can participate and reel in their own catch. We’ll prepare your fresh catch right on board, if you choose to indulge.

Please note the massage is priced per charter and the masseuse and can only provide their service to one client at a time. Please consider that the massage is only available for large deck boats.
– Any change in dates, departure point, or yacht type by the Client is considered a cancellation.
–Â If any scheduled payment by the Client has not been received by the payment due date, Riviera Charters reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain all deposits and fees paid to date.
– If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the experience, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– No shows: if the client doesn’t arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the activity, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
The following conditions apply for cancellations by weather conditions:
– Cancellations due to weather are a decision made exclusively by Riviera Charter and will be communicated to the Client (the person who made the reservation) by email or phone before the start of the tour.
– If a tour is canceled due to port closure by marine authorities because of bad weather conditions and the Client and Riviera Charters cannot find a new date to reschedule the tour, Riviera Charters will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Client.
The only causes of cancellation of the trip by the company are:
– If there is a breakdown, or if the boat requires maintenance prior to the trip. Should any of these situations occur, the company will aim to change the date, or the vessel. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.
– If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.
âą Dock Fee: The fee amounts to $20 USD per person departing from Puerto Aventuras. Payment is required before boarding, directly at the marina.
âą Tip: Gratuity is a special way to acknowledge exceptional crew service, making your trip even more memorable. We recommend 10% to 15%.
âą Transportation: Private transportation from your hotel to our marina is not included. We recommend consulting with one of our agents in advance for round-trip cost information for your group.
