Our food is served a la carte from a menu of the day, which is handpicked, market-fresh, approved, and then prepared onboard by our Executive Chef. Our daily menu consists of local and market-fresh ingredients, from our main courses of seafood, meats, fruit, and vegetables right down to every detail of the garnishing and presentation

Riviera Charters was amazing from start to finish. Myself and 6 other women were in Cancun for my bachelorette weekend and we had such a BLAST! Jessica was super sweet and easy to work with during the booking process. The yacht was beautiful and clean. And as for the charter employees, I can't say enough good things! Eric, Adriel, Luis, and our absolute fave Chef Jorge (at least I think his name is Jorge, we called him Chefy the whole time lol). 20/10!
