Day 1: Discovery of Cozumel and Night at El Cielo
Your exciting journey begins at our marina in Puerto Aventuras. We will sail directly to Cozumel, where you will spend the entire day immersed in the richness of this amazing Caribbean destination. Explore its charms known for its shallow and transparent waters. Here, you will spend the night in an environment of unparalleled tranquility and beauty. El Cielo will provide you with a unique experience under the stars, creating memories that will last forever.
Day 2: Sunrise at El Cielo, Snorkeling at Inah, and Sunset at Xpuha
Wake up to the serenity of the sunrise at El Cielo*, immersing yourself in the peace of this natural paradise. Enjoy the morning at your own pace before we continue our journey. In the afternoon, we will head to INAH, a perfect place for snorkeling and exploring the fascinating marine life that inhabits the reefs. Dive into the crystal-clear waters and discover the diversity of colors and shapes that this underwater environment has to offer. Before nightfall, we will head to the beautiful Xpuha Beach. Here, you can relax on the beach, enjoy the sun and the sea, and experience the serenity of this paradisiacal corner. Finally, around 10 pm, we will return to our marina in Puerto Aventuras. Thus concluding two days full of adventures, natural beauty, and unforgettable moments in the Mexican Caribbean.
Open Bar drinks are all included in our Luxury Yacht Rentals at NO additional cost. Our experiences include bar with high-class mixologist, fresh fruit, and cocktails. In case of not having availability of the mentioned drinks, one of a similar category will be offered.

– If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the experience, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
– If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to the experience, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee.
– If the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days prior to the experience, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– If the cancellation is made between 24 hours and 6 days prior to the experience, a 70% cancellation fee will apply. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the experience, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
– No shows: if the client doesn’t arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the activity, a full charge will be made. The client allows Riviera Charters to apply the booking deposit as the cancellation fee and/ or to charge such fee directly to the registered credit card.
The following conditions apply for cancellations by weather conditions:
– Cancellations due to weather are a decision made exclusively by Riviera Charter and will be communicated to the Client (the person who made the reservation) by email or phone before the start of the tour.
– If a tour is canceled due to port closure by marine authorities because of bad weather conditions and the Client and Riviera Charters cannot find a new date to reschedule the tour, Riviera Charters will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Client.
The only causes of cancellation of the trip by the company are:
– If there is a breakdown, or if the boat requires maintenance prior to the trip. Should any of these situations occur, the company will aim to change the date, or the vessel. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.
– If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.
• Dock Fee: The fee amounts to $20 USD per person departing from Puerto Aventuras. Payment is required before boarding, directly at the marina.
• Tip: Gratuity is a special way to acknowledge exceptional crew service, making your trip even more memorable. We recommend 10% to 15%.
• Transportation: Private transportation from your hotel to our marina is not included. We recommend consulting with one of our agents in advance for round-trip cost information for your group.
