About our Roundtrip transportation

Dear costumer, the Transportation prices are per hour (15 Minutes tolerance)

THE TIME STARTS AS SOON AS THE SHUTTLE ARRIVES TO YOUR PICK UP LOCATION. ADDITIONAL TIME OR WAITING TIME WILL BE CHARGE PER HOUR

Transfer in Private Minivan from your hotel to your charter

Book a private transfer from your hotel or destination to your private yacht, helicopter or airplane. We will provide all information necessary to meet your driver at hotel or destination.

Itinerary
You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your charteror destination.
• Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 10/15 minutes in advance.
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Departure Point: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

Transportation Terms and Conditions

If you booked this online after business hours for the next day or for the same day, the service remains SUBJECT TO CAR AND TIME AVAILABILITY.

We don’t do express services.            

Changes: Valid only by email or WhatsApp within 12 business hours prior to the service. ALL CHANGES are SUBJECT TO CAR TIME AVAILABILITY. Changes and delays may cause WAITING TIME for you and/or CAR CHANGE with NO REIMBURSEMENTS NEITHER DISCOUNTS.

In case of major / unforeseen events not imputable to Riviera Charters that may cause that we do not arrive on time, waiting time will be offered, if waiting time is not accepted any other car Service you decide to take has to be paid by you. We will reimburse exclusively the non provided Service. THIS DOESN’T APPLY IF YOUR FLIGHTS ARE WRONG, EARLIER, DELAYED OR CHANGED.            

Drivers are not allowed to sell services, provide their mobile numbers nor quote any service. If you need a new price, service, or change, it will be only valid and backed up if it is received by written to this email, sales rep or WhatsApp and confirmed also by written.             

Waiting time:  Max 1 hr. after actual flight’s landing time (last flight landed for multi-flights arrivals), turn on your phone and make sure you provide a correct/real mobile phone number to contact you. After 1 hr. without any contact (Email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp) the service will be considered as customer no show and NO REINBURSEMENT APPLIES.             

Price does not include waiting time more than regular customs/baggage claim process, please DON’T stop at time share or to do shopping. Extra time fee is 100% local service fee, and it is subject to car time availability, if the car has another service scheduled after yours we have to depart on time or the service is cancelled and NO REIMBURSEMENT APPLIES.

Ride from airport to hotel is direct, STOPS HAVE A COST AND ARE SUBJECT TO CAR AVAILABILITY.    

Flight tracking: We monitor and proceed ONLY as per the provided CUN arrival flights, we CAN NOT monitor connection flights and in case your CUN flight changes or you miss it, the change request and new flight info has be informed by you before departing your origin airport; in these cases the reschedule is possible subject to car time vehicle availability, if we do not have the same vehicle available we will offer other options AND/OR waiting time and NO REIMBURSEMENT APPLIES. If we are not informed and we arrive to the airport for the originally provided flight, but you do not show up or give us a last-minute notice the service is considered a CUSTOMER NO SHOW and NO REIMBURSEMENT APPLIES, we can reschedule a car SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY with a new arrival service full cost paid in advanced.

For multiflight landings we pick up as per the last landing, we need to know the mall with no exceptions as you may land in different terminals and any flight can be delayed.

Waiting time for UNREPORTED Flights is subject to availability and has a cost. If the car has another Service booked after yours we CAN’T WAIT for unreported flights. PLEASE SEND THEM ALL AT ONCE.

If you are not landing but planning to pick up some one arriving THERE IS AN SPECIFIC PROCEDURE AS PER AIRPORT REGULATIONS, please let us know to coordinate properly.            

Lost items: Please check at the end of your service that you have all your belongings, the return to hotels of forgotten belongings has an extra cost.

In departures we do not repatriate any lost items.

Please call us soon after your drop off, after 24 hours of your drop off we might not find lost items. Mobile phones are the most forgotten items, please make sure you bring yours.           

Conduct:  The use of drugs, minors consuming alcohol, or any sexual activities is forbidden and both cause immediate ending of the service, and no reimbursement applies.

Vehicle Damages:  Broken glasses, vehicle damages, excessive liquid spill, causes a charge to be quote by your sales rep before you unload the luggage and must be paid cash to the driver at that moment.

Tolerance timing: In transfers and departure time is EXACT, tolerance 10 mins.

Waiting time has a fee and is subject to car time availability.
