General Cancellation Policy:

• Riviera Charters requires all cancellations to be communicated in writing via email or
through our official communication channels.

• Cancellations are subject to applicable cancellation fees outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Timeframes:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled flight time: 20% of the deposit booking fee.

• Cancellations made between 7 days to 72 hours prior to the scheduled flight time: 50% of the total booking fee.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled flight time: 100% of
the total booking fee.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

• Riviera Charters will only reimburse for weather-related cancellations if passengers have purchased weather insurance at the time the booking is made (10% of the booked service fee).

• Passengers cannot cancel due to perceived bad weather. The decision will be made by aeronautical authorities, Riviera Charters, and the pilot based on technical and objective criteria.

Riviera Charters Right to Cancel:

Riviera Charters reserves the right to cancel any booking at its sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to technical issues, pilot discretion, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Processing:

• Clients are required to fill in a reimbursement template provided by Riviera Charters, including detailed information about the account for reimbursement.

• Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

• Reimbursements will be less any bank processing fees incurred during the transaction. The exact amount of deducted fees will be clearly communicated to the client during the refund process.

Force Majeure:

Riviera Charters shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or decisions by aeronautical authorities prohibiting the flight for reasons such as air traffic control, air traffic, refuel delays, etc.

Amendments to the Policy:

Riviera Charters reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
