Great set of 1930s Art Deco dining room, known as Grand Rapids to collectors. Really a nice set- the sideboard or bureau and the four chairs are Grand Rapids, while the table is an antique 1910s piece (a bit large but matches well in color). You also get a spectacular, large round 1920s/30s vintage hooked rug- probably originally an antimacassar but really perfect for a dollhouse room! And the little whiter teaset is vintage Made in Japan white plastic- oh so fancy! When buying something preowned, it’s easy for a less than honest buyer to pick a flaw out of the air and attempt to secure a partial refund over imagined or exaggerated ‘imperfections’. If someone is looking for a way to get money back, sure, one can always find something, anything at all, despite any seller’s carefully written description. So if there is anyone out there who is even considering employing this tactic, please pass us by.
