LCD1602 Display module LCD1602 module is a display that has an LED backlight and can display two rows with up to 16 characters on each row. L293D is quadruple high-current half-H drivers and designed to provide bidirectional drive currents of up to 1 A at voltages from 4.5 V to 36 V.
