Returns need to be sent back in the original BMW packaging there are sent to the buyer in(where applicable). If the returned item is not in the same packaging we are unable to accept the return. eBay’s guide for returns(part 5) states the order needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received by the buyer, which includes the packaging.
