Premium Chef onboard

Chef onboard and premium drinks are all included our Luxury Yacht Rentals at NO additional cost.Our experiences include top-shelf bar with high-class mixology, fresh fruit, and cocktails. Food is served á la carte from a menu of the day, which is handpicked, market-fresh, approved, and then prepared onboard by our Executive Chef. Our daily menu consists of local and market-fresh ingredients, from our main courses of seafood, meats, fruit, and vegetables right down to every detail of the garnishing and presentation.

SNACKS

Mayan Guacamole: avocado salad, pico de gallo, coriander, lime and roasted pumpkin seeds.
Chips: “Lays” (Adobadas, Doritos and Ruffles).
Seasonal fruit: mix of seasonal and tropical fruit.
Crudités: jicama and carrot sticks with ranch dressing.
Cheese skewer with grapes and olives.
Mini shrimp cocktail with sauce, pico de gallo, coriander and lime.

Shrimp aguachile: shrimp, serrano chili sauce, cucumber and coriander, red onion, chili serrano and avocado.
